Step 1
Navigate to Every Meal’s website here: https://volunteer.everymeal.org/. At the top of the page, either Log In to your account, or if you are a new member, click Sign Up to create your account.
Step 2
After you login or create your individual account, you need to complete required qualifications, which is Every Meal’s release form. If you have never volunteered at Every Meal this is required. Even if you previously volunteered with Every Meal, they are required to have a release form for every volunteer each fiscal year, so please follow the directions below to makes sure this is up to date before proceeding to the next step. After logging in:

Click on ‘Volunteer Opportunities’ in the left-hand navigation.
Step 4
Click on the ‘View Details’ button for a non-team opportunity.
Note: Any of the non-team opportunities are fine to select at this stage, this is simply to trigger the Registration and Release forms for our group.
Step 5
Click on the ‘Register’ button.
Step 6
The associated pop-up should appear (if it does not, you are up to date and can proceed to Step 11).
Step 7
Click the ‘Volunteer Release Form FY26’ link (shown above).
STEP 8
Another dialogue box will appear titles ‘eSign Confirmation.’ Click the continue button, scroll through and read the release form, type your name, enter the date (this will appear to be pre-populated but you must click in and complete it), and click the ‘Complete Signing’ button.
STEP 9
Yet another dialogue box titled ‘Are you sure?’ will appear asking if you “consent to signing this document electronically.” Click ‘Yes.’
Step 10
You are then brought back to the previous pop-up (see left). Click on the green ‘Submit Qualifications’ button.
Once submitted, do not worry about actually registering for the opportunity you chose in Step 4. Simply complete Step 11 and we will align us all together as a team!
